Come eliminare il tuo account

Puoi eliminare il tuo account Evently direttamente dall'app in qualsiasi momento.

  1. Apri l'app Evently e vai alla scheda Profilo (icona in basso).
  2. Tocca l'icona Impostazioni in alto a destra del profilo.
  3. Vai in Account e tocca "Elimina account".
  4. Leggi il riepilogo dei dati che verranno eliminati.
  5. Tocca "Elimina" per confermare. L'operazione è irreversibile.
⚠️ Attenzione: L'eliminazione è permanente e non può essere annullata. Tutti i tuoi dati verranno rimossi immediatamente.

Abbonamento attivo

Se hai un abbonamento Pro attivo, eliminando l'account non disdici automaticamente l'abbonamento sullo store. Disdici manualmente dalle impostazioni di Apple App Store o Google Play prima di eliminare l'account.

Se non riesci ad accedere all'app, contattaci. Elaboriamo le richieste entro 30 giorni.

How to delete your account

You can delete your Evently account directly from the app at any time.

  1. Open the Evently app and go to the Profile tab (bottom icon).
  2. Tap the Settings icon at the top right of your profile.
  3. Go to Account and tap "Delete account".
  4. Review the summary of data that will be deleted.
  5. Tap "Delete" to confirm. This action is irreversible.
⚠️ Warning: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be immediately removed.

What gets deleted

EventsAll published events and their photos
SocialFollowers, following, participations, saved events
NotificationsAll received and sent notifications
PurchasesUnused ad credits are forfeited

Active subscription

If you have an active Pro subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel the store subscription. Cancel manually from Apple App Store or Google Play settings before deleting your account.

If you cannot access the app, contact us. We process requests within 30 days.
